Sports and fitness has always played an integral role in my life. I spent my life growing up a multiple sport athlete from the pee-wee days through my collegiate years, which were spent rowing at the University of Wisconsin. I have been part of the functional fitness world for over ten years as an athlete and trainer. My path to becoming a trainer was born of my passion to help people along on their journey to become healthier and realize their goals. One of the best feelings in the world is being witness to individuals achieving something they never thought they could.
I aim to cultivate a community, through functional fitness, that makes better health and fitness attainable for all walks of life. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
I have been involved in sports, both as an athlete and as a coach, for most of my life. I grew up just outside of Waunakee, graduated from UW-Madison, then spent over 13 years coaching high school softball and tennis, in both Waunakee and Lodi.
Helping people accomplish things they never thought they could is what draws me to the world of health and fitness. Making them feel safe, comfortable and confident enough to walk on the gym floor is something I take great pride in. I’m super excited to work with and help grow our amazing community and I look forward to helping newcomers take that first step in their fitness journey!
I have been CrossFitting for over 9 years now. My passion is not only for fitness but also its inclusion into an overall healthy lifestyle. I preach mobility and am always happy to help mobilize. Outside of the gym am a student at Pace University in New York City studying Environmental Sciences, and would be happy to talk your ear off about random environmental facts. I am extremely excited to work with a new group of people and make some new friends along the way.
